Comprehensive insurance for EEA 4 appications

Hi everyone

Can anyone advice if there are insurance companies that issue back dated Comprehensive insurance.

My spouse didnt work for the whole five year period. and we are wondering if we can take comprehensive insurance for the first couple of years. Is it possible.Please advice guys.
