Hello,

I am going to apply for my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) next month. I have got a question regarding the SET(O) form Section-7 (Personal History).

In Mar 08, HM Customs issued me a WARNING and seized certain items on Heathrow Airport. They also issued me Form C160 & C156 however I have recently enquired HM Customs about this and they have sent me a letter that its a civil matter.

Please reply if I have to declare this while filling out the form. Specially, considering the character requirement of a person(Question:7.7)
