anyone knows restrictions of PSW,if any? & what if rejec

Post by bourriquet » Tue Feb 02, 2010 2:41 am

Hi guys, just curious if there's any restrictions of the PSW?
I mean can you go back and forth (Uk and howetown) if you're still unemployed here?

Also, in case that one got rejected, normally, how long you have before you're asked to leave the UK? Is that a fixed period of time that happens to everyone?
And in case that the applicant left UK and no longer wishes to reapply for the visa, will he/she be banned from entering the UK later (even tourist visa) ????? will that be a bad record?

Thanks so much !!

1) Yes, you can go back and forth as much as u want if your PSW Visa is valid..
2) If you are rejected and u dont want to apply for a reconsideration or an appeal, then the time period to leave the country is normally 28 days..
3) If you no longer wish to apply for the PSW, then it doesn't make a difference in ur future applications for any kind of visa ( isn't this obvious )..
