Hi all

Six months back i haven't paid back two direcy debits of my gym membership. How to check whether we have done any criminal offences?

There could be some thing from debit collection agencies, or country court judgement,

Check your credit histry, or simply get a crb check upon u

but wait for other members and seniors

CRB report cannot be obtained by individuals directly. They have to be obtained through employer or a third party organisation registered with CRB.

Not paying a debt or mortgage is not a criminal offence. They are civil. Having said that, not paying court fines, child support or taxes is a criminal offence. If you are worried about not paying a direct debit or a credit card bill, then get your credit report. There are a lot of credit reference agencies and you can get a credit report online.
