Er? Lithuania is in EU last time I checked, so she can live in Ireland if she wants. I do not know whether the OP will get "stamp 4" or not, but I think the fact that he actually intends to "stay" in the same apartment with his wife can actually help to prove that there is a "genuine" relationship.
