I hope few experts can guide me.
I am in a different situation.
I got a WORK PERMIT in the year 2007 and working in a Private hospital. The WORK PERMIT IS VALID FOR 5 YEARS.
In few months time, there are few changes going to take place in my unit.
There is a change in the management in my Department/unit under TUPE REGULATIONS.
My question is :
Under these circumstances, as an employee what should i do?
or As an employer what they should do?Thanks in advance.
