Advice 4 WP same comp,but new employer is going to take over

Dear Folks

Its a great forum to be in.
I hope few experts can guide me.

I am in a different situation.
I got a WORK PERMIT in the year 2007 and working in a Private hospital. The WORK PERMIT IS VALID FOR 5 YEARS.
In few months time, there are few changes going to take place in my unit.

There is a change in the management in my Department/unit under TUPE REGULATIONS.

My question is :

Under these circumstances, as an employee what should i do?
or As an employer what they should do?Thanks in advance.

Since your WP is valid till 2012 and its long enough.. but as per your WP visa which states any Changes in Employment should be notified..
