visa stamp

Post by jasb_003 » Thu Feb 04, 2010 1:41 pm

My brother and my dad have come here on settlement visa since my mother is british. At the timeof visa my brother was under 18 so his visa says "visa to accompany father". Does it mean that he can not travel alone at any time ? He is now over 18 years old.

He is entitled to travel alone if and when he wishes from now on.

The wording in his passport is there becuase he was under 18 at time of his application and that he would be accompanying his father on his arrival to the UK.

Nothing to worry about
