SAR and Risk Level

Hi all

I decided to apply for ILR next month, I got my SAR report from Ho within two weeks which I think its pretty efficient.

It is my third employer, WP was extended by my current employer in 2008.

There is one strange thing I noticed in my SAR- 2nd employer's-In Country Referral Report (WP was issused in April 04) it says
Risk Category- 01 Low it was an occupation under shortage skill that time.

But in my current employer Referral Report it seems like a print out of an email RE: GLOBE REPORT...... DPU......
RISK LEVEL- 05

This is in tier 2, could someone please explain why it has changed? I am still doing the same job with my current employer. What are the implications of this would be on my ILR. I am trying to find out what would be the reasons for this? I have not committed any crime and also there is no copy of landing cards during my WP period. Could some one please advise me what action I should take. Are they trying to catch /hiding something?

can some one please advise me, do you think it is a genuine mistake made by caseworker/did not change the default database. To be honest I am a normal human being doing my job and looking after my family. Should I speak to WP department? I am really stressed and unable to think- please help me!!!

Sam can you point out where exactly it says Risk Level in the SAR? I may be able to check mine agianst yours I believe I have the similar SAR as you.

BTW a question to ask. WHen you get your WP ext letter, how did it look like? Was the same kind as the WP initial approval letter?
