A very simple question, if I include a dependent of my Tier 1 General - unmarried partner in my ILR application, does she have to spend at least 2 years with me inside UK. Is this TWO years a requirement for a dependent?
I need help. I am eligible for ILR now under Tier1 General from now on, my girlfriend is under Tier 1 PSW. There are two options I can go about::
1) Swith my gf into a dependent of my Tier 1 General and then I include her in my ILR application. We both get ILR.
2) I apply ILR alone when it is granted she then applies as a dependent of my ILR. After two years she can apply ILR for herself.
i need advice please which option is ideal? Are both all possisble? Is there time requirement for a dependent who has to live together with main applicant inside UK? I prefer option 1 if it is possible.
