PSW and private sponsorship

Hi everyone, do i need to include a letter from my father (who was sponsoring me for my studies) in my psw application stating that he is happy for me to continue looking for work in uk.

Not families sponsors.
Unless you have some sort of sponsor from government, or other reputable organizations
