Urgent help required (soon applying for Naturalization)

Post by gg234 » Thu Feb 11, 2010 10:42 am

Guys,

I really need your help i have move my current flat on sep 2009 and today police came to my property for search (they have court orders) because of my previous tenant took loans from all banks and didn't pay back.

Police had a court order to search my property after searching they took my passport details and left.

Does this effect my naturalisation application. The above thing is nothing to do with me.

Thanks for your help

Hi gg234,

I don't think it should have impact in you unless they have a cause to suspect you. You have to declare any convictions or ongoing investigations. But if this has nothing to do with you than ignore it.

If you really want to be secure, just write to your local police station and ask the same question. I'm sure they will come back with a reply and keep that on record.

No they didn't take any signatures or anything they told me that from now on no police will come to check because they are going to update their records with current tenant and from when i was staying

There you go, its very straightforward the. Forget about it and move on. This has got nothing to do with you and has no impact on your naturalisation application.
