i first came to the uk as an asylum seeker in 2005 with my mum and brother. we got asylum on the grounds that our lives were in danger in pakistan after my father was killed over a family dispute about property.
nearly a year later immigration turn up in the middle of the night and tell us we are being deported. after 3 months i returned alone to uk illegally as i was still in fear of my life. at the start of 2007 i met a woman, In january 2009 i was arrested and put in a detention centre, my gf and her mum got me a solicitor and supported me and we gave the HO all the proofs that we had a genuine relationship, we also had statements from friends and their passports etc. after 6 weeks i was released with temp LTR, i had to sign weekly, i did this from march until july, then my application for co habitation was refused with no right to appeal,i stopped signing as i thought i would be arrested, we moved from the area, in october 2009 i was arrested again, again they gave me temp LTR, but this time i did not go to sign, i knew for sure they would deport me, i cannot go back to pakistan as the property which my father got murdered for is in my name, and them people want to kill me. i have been living with my gf and her kids for over two years, i have lived with her kids longer than their natural father did. now we have applied for a COA for marriage, we just got the affidavit in to return. if we get this then we want discretionary LTR. if this fails then we dont know what to do, also just found out my gf is pregnant, can anyone give me some advice ???

You say you got asylum but you were picked up by immigration and deported.
There is some confusion here as if you were granted asylum it cannot be taken away from you unless you lied.
I think you need to clarify this matter.

You are unlikely to get discretionary leave to remain as you repeatedly fail to submit to HO rules about reporting

sorry we had applied for the asylum, they gave us a house and gave benefits to my mum, the case was inside the HO. we even had a social worker and my brother was sent to school. they did not tell us why we were deported, maybe it was temp asylum, and they had made a decision.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but family disputes about property do not fall within the definitions provided by the 1951 Convention on Refugees, which is why you and your family were removed in the first place. As a former failed asylum seeker who has re-entered the UK illegally you are likely to be a priority for removal, and I can't imagine them readily granting you any form of LTR.
If you can prove a genuine relationship you should return to your own country and seek the appropriate entry clearance.

With regards to assylum what stops you from instructing an agent to sell your house and move to another area of Pakistan? Pakistan is a big country, isn't it?

my gf is british, and she does not want to leave the uk, she wants us all to stay here as the courts have ordered contact with her kids biological father, and she is not allowed to remove them for more than one month at a time to anywhere outside the uk. in the refusal of the co habitation application... they actually said ' if your relationship is so strong and you love each other so much there is nothing stopping the whole family from going to live in pakistan' . since then we have written and explained about the residence order. so we are hoping this will go in our favour.

I'm afraid your actions and conduct have bolloxed up any chance of settling in the UK.

I'm not a big fan of Tories, but every political force that was in power for a long time gets lazy and corrupted - so it is time for a change. And with Labour I'm afraid that in 5 years we will have 60% base tax rate just to repay all the massive public borrowing they've done (and will continue to do).

And yes, whoever will win the elections will have to crack down on immigration hard.
