Set of Documents

Hi guys,

I want to apply for the PSW Depdnt Visa for my wife and 2kids together. I am i submiting just one set of documents(Bank statement, Bill etc) for the 3 Applications or seperate Documentation for each Application? Thanx

Yes, all need to completed a separate application, but 1 evidence can cover all
1. a Statement showing maintenance fund for 3 months covering the 3.
2. Document to proof she is your wife (acceptable Marriage certificate)
3. Document to proof they are your children (i.e. if in UK full birth certificate showing your name and wife's name.

Utility bill cannot proof anything for PSW

Please, who signs on the application form for the kids? can my wife do that or the kids wld have to sign however?. one of my kids travelg. passport is not having his signature as he was like 7yrs when we got it for him.. thnx

Parents sign for minors, - Your wife can sign on their behalf

Are u saying the utility bills is not important? would Tenement Agreement alone prove Accomodation( I live n 2bed flat) ?

You do not need to prove your accommodation, all you need to prove are:
1. The Requirement Maintenance Fund.
2. Your Wife (What will convinced them that she is your)
3. Your Dependant ( What will convinced them that they are your)

Others things are the basic requirements
Application form,
Photo etc

Did they asked you anywhere to prove you can sustain them?
they have taken care of this in No 1 above
