Need help to submit my papers b4 sending my docz to AIT.plz

Can anyone please help me with this please.
AIT asked me to send a set of copies of indexed documents, can anyone please tell me what documents i should send to AIT please:
* My PSW application form [Ive got a copy from HO] ?
* My certificate ?
* My bank statements ?
* passport ?
* anything else I should send please ???
I have to send only one set of copies of the documents to the given address {AIT} ? do i need to send anything to HO please?
Please let me know as soon as possible as I have to send the papers with in this week. many Thanks for your help once again guys. Cheers!!

You have to submit a witness statement explaining the reasons why you think your application should have been allowed by the Home Office. If you have any documents which were not previously send to the HO you can submit this now. Also check up the respondent's bundle ( which you get from the AIT)and see that there is all documents which you have submitted to them at the time of application. If there is any document which is missing you can send this to them as well now.

You only need to submit the change of rep form if you change your lawyer or if you no longer need your present solicitor

I know it depends on the case, but i mean as my case is on maintenance funds so except new bank statements, is there any important document to send AIT please??? for example, photocopies of my certificate or attendance letter which is not exactly related to this case.
Incase I forget to send any imp doc. now, is it allright if I show the original copy at the court and say sorry for the mistake, pleasee?????

I think if you browse this forum this topic has been discussed in detail under few headings. But yes you will have to send a witness statement to AIT with copies of documents (newly added as well) to make your case. Try and get an oral hearing, where you can state the facts. It take a long time for appeal process so you will have to be patience during the process.

I did not get it I ve sent all the papers to HO when I applied PSW. In fact, I have got a bundle of those documents' copies from HO through AIT. So should I send the same photocopies to HO and AIT again!!!

where Can I find the address of the HO please???
Do I need to send the copies of my passport, PSW application please???

It can not come through AIT if you haven't launch an appeal. AIT only comes into between you and HO when you submit papers for appeal. You will have to send 1 bundle to AIT and 1 to HO Rep unit. If you haven't launch an appeal then HO Rep unit address will not be there. To kik start the appeal process Fisrt of all you only need to submit appeal papers (which must have come with you rejection) to AIT and then you will get a Ackment letter from AIT to ask you to send bundle to them and 1 bundle to HO Rep unit and the address will be there (provided by AIT).

If you do not understand then i would advise you to look at other threads about appeal processes on this forum or get some legal advise.

but to be honest I could not find two addresses

There was one address : Angels Square, Torrents St. EC1V 1SX (Respondent)

where can the other address be?? do u know the address please????
there is no more address unfortunately on the papers that ive got from AIT!!!!

Yes you have to send it to the HO Rep unit address. Have a look at the AIT website for the hearing centres addresses and details. Its all there!

THE APPELLANTâ€™S WITNESS STATEMENT, the first paragraph should be like this right [i mean it should have my name, address etc. right? ]

1. I, Mr. Superman, was born 1st of January 1900, of Birmingham Palace, confirm that this witness statement will stand as my evidence in Chief at my appeal hearing before an Immigration Judge on Monday 27 April 2009 at AIT York House.

Great Stuff man. i did not know superman is over 100 years old

nice one, but yes you are spot on! you need to explain the reason why you were refused and why you think HO made mistake or why the decision should be revert. Good Luck

Thanks mate. Oh I should say I'm Batman and all HO representatives are like jokerssssssss.

by the way, I print out my witeness statement on normal page and sign on it.
Do I need stamped paper for that???????

and how can I change my my representative bro. I have already filled up and sent up the form to the given address. But the form says I have to let HO and tribunal and then there is an address given where I can send the form. So if I send the form, that will be enough or I have to contact (phone?? ) HO or somewhere else please let me know. many Many thanks mate again for your kind help. Cheers!!

I have sent all my papers to HO and appeal centre today. Many many many many many thanks to every1 but especially Jack199 , Javed and Diokpa.

Javed gave me his witeness statement which helped a lot to be honest. Many Thanks bro.

So thats it right? How can I be sure that HO and AIT have got all the required papers please? Are they going to send me an ack letter?
Now all I have to do, is to wait for my hearing day......

Pls i need ur help. I applied for tier 1 extension and got a refusal because my accountant did not clearly state my net profit,he only stated the gross in the letter They have given me an option to appeal.I engaged the services of a lawyer who wrote my grounds of apeal for me.I will be represented during the hearing,but it does not include the witness statement and preparing the bundle.I have decided to write the witness statement my self and prepare the bundle as i have already spent so much. Please I need help in preparing a witness statement as I have never done it before and do not know where to state from.

Please can I get a sample please.

I will be sending a rewritten accountant letter clearly stating my net profit before tax and another letter reconfirming my net profit.
I will also be attaching my company(P/L and balance sheet) account which I submitted in my initial application.

This was the exact words HO used in the refusal letter:
The two pieces of evidence you supplied do not corroborate each other because the letter from your accountant does not confirm the details provided in your company profit/loss accounts.

The accountant's letter you have provided only confirms your turnover, and does not clearly state your net profit, as specified in the guidance.

No points have been awarded for this area, in line with the published guidance.

Please I need help in writing the witness statement.
