hi
i applied for PSW on jan 15 and i got ack on jan 24 but still i did not get my visa, my friends who applied after me also got their visas 1 week ago what would be the problem,any body facing the same problem.

yes my friend i applied on 19 jan got ack on 01 feb...still waiting..somone on this forum applied 21 jan and already got visa.....

i am very very very worried and upset

normally it takes upto 4 weeks to get your passport back but thats only if all your documents meets the HO requirements. but there can be delays in the process sometimes due to a heavy backlog or if the case worker gets a bit doubtful on your documents but that doesnt mean at all that you will get a negative result. i guess there was nothing wrong in your documents and hope everything works out for you people very soon and you both get your passport back with 2 year visa stamped on it within next few days.
