Which visas can be applied for in-country?

Hi

I would like some information on which visa's can be applied for in-country. I am also interested in which visa's your are able to switch to.

i.e. If you arrive in the UK on a WHV can you switch to a work permit? You can switch to HSMP as far as I know.
