apply psw early.... 18 month degree finish in 12 month

hi any one can help me i extend my student visa may2009 and got extenshion may2011.coz i am doing MBA IN 18 MONTH.WITH 6 MONTH plasment. but now i am thinking not doing plasment finish my degree in 12 month.is they any problem for me if i apply PSW.early..
is that HOME OFFICE. asked that why you finish early if any one know please help me..

Are you on tier 4? if yes, then YOU, or university, are supposed to tell HO about your course finishing early. They may choose to limit your leave. Once thats done, then you can apply for psw whenver you acquire all the documents.

Having said that, its not a big deal if you are applying for psw earlier as long as you satisfy all the requirements.

This is how HO recommends to do things in case course ends early. Go to UKBA website and there is a section about it which tells you what to do if course ends early. Have a read there.

Personally, i think you will be alright applying early.
