Bulgarian national want to visit UK

Hello,

Im Bulgarian national. I have ban to come to UK from 2006. untill 2011.

Can I travel for free because Bulgaria is part of EU ? I woul like to visit my sister next month.

Bulgarian nationals have the right to travel to the UK, and live there, but their right to work in the UK is extremely limited. Therefore a visit should be no problem.
From what you say you fell foul of the Immigration Rules in 2006, before the accession of Bulgaria to the EU, but in what circumstances? Why do you say you are banned until 2011? The bans on being issued with a visa or being given leave to enter do not apply to you. If you were served with a notice as an illegal entrant/overstayer/ illegal worker and removed from the UK, none of that matters now.
Only if you were served with a Deportation Order signed by the Home Secretary or the Immigration Minister or the Head of UKBA you are barred from re-entry to the UK. In that case there is no fixed period for a ban, but you would have to apply to UKBA to have the Deportation Order revoked before you could enter.

I was Illegali in UK for 9 months and they check me on airport and put ban me to enter to UK .

I read all EU nationals can live free in all EU .

A deportation order signed by the secretary of state will have to meet the Public Policy requirement, for it to continue to hold.

Assuming the DO was not issued under the Public Policy requirement, the OP can come to the UK, without applying for it to be receded.

That may well be, but if he turns up at the airport with a DO in place an IO will not consider the legitimacy of its issue. If it has been signed by the SoS then that is all that counts.

In any case when would a DO be issued [after 1998] without taking HR and public policy into account?

what is the difference between deportation order and refusal of entry and detention at the port of entery? Does the latter carry an automatic ban on re-entering as well? Please clarify.. thanx
