Work Permit for Germany

I would like to know about the Work Permit for Germany. I am IT professional and would like to migrate to Germany. What is the criteria for Germany immigration?

Does anyone hv any past experience with German Co.? What about sponsorship.

A sponsor mainly. Of course you will behind the queue of German and EU citizens, and a very good grasp of German to get through the mindless beaucracy.
