Extension - Financial Status

Post by lalboy28 » Mon Jan 30, 2006 1:48 pm

I am due for the 3 year extension but have a small concern...

I have earned for the last 10 months with a gross of £ 42 k pa. But during the past 2 months or so - my bank account has run into over draft. Will this be of any concern for the authorities?

I have all the other relevant documents to prove that I am financially stable and earning well.

Please could some one comment on this....

Thanks.

It should not be a problem. They are not as concerned about your financial status as they are with your financial independence. What they dont want to see is you being depedent on the state i.e claim benefits in any shape or form. IMHO 42k p.a is very healthy, make sure you submit your payslips and bank statements and you should be fine.
