ILR and Company

Hi,
I want to know the information regarding Permanent residency. I am applying for ILR in march. I had some queries in my mind. Can u please clarify about these.

* I am working in the software company from last 1 year i got a workpermit through this company. They had some financial problems even i dont know they are paying taxes or not.
* If my company is not paying taxes,is that gives any problem in future when i am applying for ILR.

could u please help me out.

No, I don't think that will cause a problem to you getting ILR.

You say you have been working for them for one year. With a WP? You had a WP with a different company before that?

Or have you got HSMP?
