ILR : Can I get it on this scenario?

Work Permit from June 17th 2002 to June 17th 2006

Transfered to new employer on Jan 2005
Under new WP ( Jan 25th 2005 to Jan 25th 2007)

My Passport with the HO until June 2007 for the extension FLR, applied
few days before Jan 25th 2007.

But I received the Passport back (with a black Stamping) on 1st week of June, saying that the employer didn't apply for the WP extension.

I appealed against that issue and the verdict happened on September 2007. (Judge asked to go for Judicial Review)

In the mean time , I left that employer and found a new employer who applied for new WP and got the FLR on September 2007 (ends on September 2010)

Now I'm with a different employer under WP.(June 2009 to June2011)


Roughly I'm completing more than 7 and half years under WP.
My only concern is when the passport was with the HO, there wasn't no FLR.
On this scenario can I go for ILR? What would be my chance?
