NTL Transfer into new Passport - EU Spouse

Post by Mac1979 » Sat Mar 13, 2010 7:21 am

I have been granted ILR on 23 January 2010 on a seperate A4 Document as my passport did not have enough blank pages.
I have now received a new passport and have applied for NTL.
I have read a previous thread that concerned me as I am married to a EU National and from this thread I found that I might have to apply again from scratch.
I also cant apply for a Schengen Visa as they do not accept my Seperate ILR, it has to be put into the passport.

Anybody had similar experiences?

By 'ILR' I take it you mean 'PR' - Permanent Residence via the EU route?

If so then simply re-apply using the EEA4 form again. The transfer of conditions process (NTL) is only available to applicants under the UK immigration route.
