Urgent help need in tier2 application filling pls!!!

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply for tier2 general and I need help in filling up the application form. (question D22)

I applied for Work Permit 2 years back and it got rejected on following bases.

I don't have enough qualification for the job
I don't have enough experience also they said in addition they have contacted the company and company told the HO their not are of the application and employer contact person stated on application form is not an employee of the company.

Question D22 as follows

"Has the applicant ever used deception when seeking leave to enter or leave to remain "

Do I answer Yes or No... I'm really confused and please help me.

1. So were u an employee at that time wen u applied for u work permit?

I was a contractor for the company at that time, after refusal i went to follow my higher studies
