ILR Application - Section 3 - Which Category?

Hi Learned members of this forum,
I have a quick question re ILR application. As background i am applying for ILR on the basis of :
1) Work permit from 2005-2009
2) Tier 2 from 2009 - 2010
There is no break in the visa and fully sponsored by a certified sponsor (tier 2).
I am a little confused as section 3 states: "please tick a box below to show us the category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain"
Can anyone let me know whether it is possible to tick 2 boxes or how can this be done in order to explain i'm applying on the basis of 2 categories?

Tick Tier 2 as this is your latest visa category...pls refer to section 9P for more details...
