PSW Dependant Visa -Urgent

I have been in the Uk since 3 years, my PSW visa is getting expire in next 2.5 months, i recetly got married in India, want to bring my wife with me in the UK, please can you advice if we will be able to get her PSW Dependant visa ? And also if i can show £1600 for here Maintenance funds ?

2.5 months remaining.....not much time left. there is reasonable doubt if you can be given dependent visa on the basis of psw which is expiring very soon.

get legal advice or contact bhc in your city/country

1. Less chances as it will take about 1 month to get the visa or may be longer so BHC wud think that there is no point giving a visa wen the main applicant only got less than 3 months left on his visa.
