Hi! I am a filipino citizen,I am here right now in Lima ,Peru with my husband and son.I got an seasonal work offer in U.S,Am I eligible to apply my H2B visa in U.S embassy here in Peru as I am not having my peruvian national yet.My son is a peruvian national and i am here only as a tourist,since i am here in peru I am planning to apply my H2B visa in U.S embassy here.Am I eligible to apply here or i need to go back to my country (philippines)?
