post study work visa -re-entry

Post by sch_wan » Tue Mar 16, 2010 12:18 pm

I've got 2 years post study work visa from UK embassy which will be expired in Feb 2011. After I got that visa, I have been away to my country for 1 year. I would like to know that I still re-entry to UK with PSW visa or not. I still got PSW left for a year. Is there any problem if I go back to UK.

There should not be a problem but be prepared for a lot of questions as thy will need to be sure tha the original grant was not obtained by deception. If evrything was above board you should be OK.

The same situation, but havn't reported the extension of visa to the police. I left the UK about 14 days after receiving visa extention. Have been away from the Uk for more than 1 year. Should I have any problems with the police when I'll come to register upon arrival?
