Double Accommodation (HSMP Extension)

Post by Ajayghuman » Sun Feb 05, 2006 10:32 pm

Dear Friends,
My HSMP extension is due in couple of months. I'm living with my brother here in London and paying some of the utility bills. I have permanant accommodation offer from him. But at the same time I have a tenancy agreement for a flat for 30 months which is empty write now (can't sublet/share as per agreement). As I'm still living with my brother I'm rather confused with my application which accommodation papers to show? My bank staement, licence, bills etc. all have my brother's address as my permanant address. Secondly I'm working for my own limited company and the address is the same as of my brother. So please advise. Very many thanks, Ajay

Don't understand! Why? You have been paying rent for 30 months .... for what reason?

Thanks John, you are right. Infact a family friend of mine paid in full all amount e.g. £33,000 and it clealry shows on agreement that Ajay will not be charged rent during his occupancy. It also shows on agreement monthly rent is £1100. Unfortunately my family friend has died last month. So here we are. Your advise will be much appreciated. Thanks. Ajay
