Tier 1 applicants from Cognizant

Hi,
Did anyone apply/ is anyone in process of applying for tier 1 general applicants from Cognizant India (chennai)?. I face a problem with HR in getting my online payslips attested. People say they are not authorized to issue attested payslips for visa purposes. Wanted to know if someone faced a similar issue with Cognizant and how they handled it.?.

Please share your thoughts. Thanks.

HR is supposed to provide what you request and it is their duty.

If HR has a problem with the term "VISA".... tell him/her that you are applying for some loan (housing/car/personal) for which you need stamped n signed payslips...!!!
