Work Eligibility when visa expired but app in progress

Post by go2khurram » Mon Mar 22, 2010 9:48 am

Hi friends,

I have already applied for extension under tier 1 earlier this week and my visa will expire on early april.
My employer is keen and querying about by work eligibility if I did not get the visa before it expired.
I tried to search rule for this on Homeoffice website to give my employer as reference but can’t find. Could any one please send me the details of rule about this so that I can provide to my employer.
