HI,

my partner on tier1 genral visa, after two year she can apply for indefinate.

my Q is iam here from last 6 year inlegally,me and my partner is togeather from past 3 year and we start living togeather from last 7 month.can i apply to get married here?is there any chance to get approval,or if i go back to my home country then,is that paragraph 320 7b re entry ban for 1 year going to apply on me?or should i wait for her to get indefinate?
