I think I may have been wrong here... simply registering him as British appears to be the case.Older child was born here in UK Jan2008 and then registered as Czech citizen and is named on Mother Czech Passport.
Could you please explain why he will have to apply for PR in 2013 and so on.
I thought he could have applied with us in Dec 2010
