Urgent Reply Required: HSMP Extension

Hi,

I am in urgent need of the answer.

I am outside the UK now, and have HSMP, can i apply outside the UK for the 'extension of stay' - Is that ok? I will not claim points for UK experience.

Were you ever in UK?? Do you work for UK based company?

I dont think its possible to apply extn to HSMP/T1 if the earnings and Job are outside UK.

Others please confirm?

Returned from the UK!

Hi,

I was in the UK for 5 out of the last 12 months. My passport shows this. I was working on the client premises (for an indian mnc)...

My payslips for all 12 months will be from an indian employer and i am *not* claiming any points for uk experience. Even my bank statements will be in INR. I saw on the website, that we can apply the conversion factor and then use it in the application.

Experienced people, your comments are appreciated.

One of my friend had the same issue ( Extension application)
But she applied from UK, instead of abroad
and all her earnings were from abroad
Her basis of maintenance funds were GBP2800 instead of 800
and application was sucessful.
And She didnt use Conversation factor
