Naturalisation Final Checks.

I would realy appreciate it if members could let me know i have everthing in order as i wish to send the Naturalisation(AN) application for my wife off on monday.

My wife entered Uk on the 17/03/2007, granted ILR on 26/03/2009.
Has been out of the Uk for toal of 124 days in 3 years including 80 days in the 3rd year.

Completed Form AN
Passport (Entry Visa+ILR)
Payment Slip £720
KOL Certificate
Marriage Certificate
My birth certificate
1 passport sized photograph affixed to referees page.

Please let me know if im missing anything, any feedback much appreciated.

You are posting the application, or using NCS?

Apart from that, just a couple of comments. Firstly, are you British? If not she cannot apply for a couple of years. Secondly, do make sure that she was physically in the UK exactly 3 years (or 5 years if you are not British) before UKBA will receive the Naturalisation application.

Actually a third question, seeing as you mention your birth certificate. Were you born in the UK?

Yes i am british born here, have UK brith certificate, she entered Uk on the 17/03/2007, will post on 01/04/2010, my dates should be ok right?

That looks OK, as long as she was in the UK on 06.04.07. But if, soon after she arrived in the UK, you whisked her off to a weekend in Paris, or wherever, well you might need to change the application date.

Any reason why you are posting on the 1st? It will not arrive until the 6th, the first working day after Easter. the fees go up on that day. Why not post in March, so that it arrives on 1st April or earlier?

That is fine, as long as she was in the UK on 29.03.07.
