Post by tothetop76 » Thu Mar 25, 2010 10:10 am

Can anybody please help me with the fax number of HO to withdraw an application!

HO could not take out money from my bank and i sent them a cheque almost immediately, but haven't heard from them for the past 8 weeks now.So was advised to withdrw the application so that i can re-apply because i have very little time left on my visa....Prompt reply will be highly appreciated!

Sadly there is no fax number. Call the number on the letter you recieved quoting your ref no and the rest.

You have to phone them and ask, it is an unpublished number. The same thing happened to me last year (payment not taken), they gave me the fax number but I no longer have it.

In my case, I did not withdraw my application (they said they could still attempt a credit card charge before sending it back), I just waited for my materials to be returned (it took 3 weeks).

The cheque, are you saying that it has not cleared?
