Previous Earnings consecutive period??

Post by tarunvarun » Fri Mar 26, 2010 3:34 am

I am in US. I am applying on March 29th, Can I use Jan2009-Dec2009 for claiming previous Earnings. Thing is I was in India on vacation in June &July(No payslips)...Would this be considered consecutive? remaining 10 months salary is enough to get me required points? If yes is there a way I can get confirmation from any official source.(I was rejected last time for few mistakes..This time I want to be careful)..Thanks in advance.

Hi tarunvarn ,
If you are getting enough points in PBS without June and july then you can claim for only 10 months and show bank statements for the same.
Seniors correct me if I am wrong.

Your Jan - Dec 09 is within 15month period and is within 12 or less consecutive months..

So you are fine.. you dont need to submit all 12months payslips.. even if you get enough points with 1month payslip you can apply..
