Set(O) Section 5

I'm a sole trader applying next week under HSMP JR
and just wondering if anyone can help a silly question...

'Do you answer yes or no in the set(O)form for section 5.3 are you working in the UK?'

If I answer Yes, then the next question is difficult since it would vary each month and I don't know the exact deductions so how about this one...

'If so what is your pay each month after income tax and deductions?'
