PSW to Teir 1 General

Hi All!!

My psw is goin to expire in September. According to new rules efective from 6th April. I should show £30,000 earning in last 1 year.
I am eligible to that and can have 75 points. So I just want to know can i Apply Teir 1 visa from Pakistan on all my documents from here. Bcoz m getting married in september so I want to apply mine and my Wife visa from there. How much money i have to show for my self and dependent from there..
