reject on exp basis.need your help..

My case profile is following.
I applied from UAE they sent my decision on 11 November and after three months I did not get my documents yet. Today I called in home office and they told me that you have to wait two weeks more for your documents and also told me that your case has be rejected on following basis
Age applied 5 got 5
Experience applied 35 got 0 (unexpected)
Education applied 15 got 0 (because I have Bcom. which is not equivalent UK bachelor and its fear)
Salary applied 25 got 25

Total points got 30 .I mentioned my exp letter in detail with support of organization chart and other documents. But in my exp letter I did not mentioned that its graduate level job in words. Now what should I do? How can I apply for appeal and should I attached another letter from my employer with mentioned phrases that its graduate level job I mean how can I fight in my appeal. Can I apply for appeal now even I did not get my documents so I can save time?
Or should I send them a new application.
Please advise me. I am waiting for your answers desperately
