Past Earnings - Can we show Indian & UK earnings?

Hi All,

One of my friends is currently working in the UK for the past 2 years. He is also doing some freelancing jobs online. But the money is credited in Indian account and the tax is also paid in India.

Can he add Indian earnings to his UK's while applying for Tier 1 General visa?

If he can add, the conversion of 5.3 will still be applicable?
Also, as a proof, other than bank statements what else can be shown? As he is doing freelancing, he doesn't have any payslips.

My friend's part time job company got called from UKBA to check the authenticity .... but if it is genuine and all paperwork in place then no probs at all ... Last thing you want is 10 year ban for not giving complete picture or UKBA getting wrong information .... this is just part time job. .

You have no clue how many people are showing part-time, bonus, etc for April 6th change. So better to have paperwork in place.

i don't think you can use uplift ratio and person was physically present in UK ... you can simply convery salary to pounds.

No, since he is based (and working) in UK.
