1.What is the minimum earning per month and yearly required in indian rupees to apply as per new rule?
It is simple calculation.
Minimum earnings required is £25000 i.e (25000*75)/5.3 around 3.5 Lakhs INR per year. You will have to gain 75 points for attributes to qualify.
2. As anyone got a certificate for english language issued from Delhi University to gain points? No certificate from university required if the PBS calculator gives you points for english laguage requirement. In that case only degree certificate is enough
3. Is it compulsory to show driving licence while filing up the application with all required documents to prove age and gain points. I am having birth certificate not DL. Passport is enough to prove age, no birth certificate or DL required.

Clearly you have not gone through the policy guidance for applying tier 1 (G). I would suggest you go through it as many times as possible and you will find answers to your queries above and many more.swpeople wrote:Hi Aruni,
Thanks very much for this. Sorry to bother you again for couple of more questions:
1. Minimum earnings required is £25000 i.e (25000*75)/5.3. What is 5.3 over here?
2. I havn't got the degree certificate issued yet from university, i have all the 3 yrs marksheet. Can i take provisional and apply.
3. I have DOEACC 'O' and 'A' level as diploma from DOEACC along with graduation. Can i mention that?
4. My graduation marksheet have a minor spelling mistake in my title. My title is "KUMAR" but in marksheet it's printed as KUAMR.What i have to do to overcome this as issuing a new certificate will take time from university.
