settelment refused, didnt eppeal and now regreting it!

Post by wurud » Sat Apr 03, 2010 10:18 pm

i am british i applied for my husbands settelment visa which was refused for silly reasons that i could have eppeald against but didnt because my solicitor gave me some misleading information and plus i didnt have no knowdlege about these things either so i moved to uae where he is living because of his job only to realise what a big mistake i made.it is horrible to live out there,we had no family or relatives there.i tried to get a job and had no luck for 7months.Anyways i hated it there so i have come back to uk and would like to do a fresh settelment case.i got a new job and looking to apply in 3months do i fight those refusal points in my statury declation letter or does he fill the addtional detail bit to convince them?

To late to appeal plus it's always easier and quicker to reapply.

Just make sure the points that caused the refusal are addressed in the new application.

Anyway, another one in the 'USA is not Nirvana' pile!

It is if you are loaded with plenty of dosh :D

Like wanderer said its to late to appeal and you must submit new application and pay full fee again.

To give you a good idea read my article here onpage 217 of this post

I noticed that you want a sposnsoeship declaration in another post. I hope this is not for a visitors visa for your hubby. You would be wasting time and money doing that

If you require it I have done one and if you look above it is sticky post in this post.

I live in a hellhole city. It has made me so depressed that I don't even want any colors in my signature.
You can blame me for that. But once its finished , it will be a delightful city to live in. Mark my words for it

Haha no I don't blame you. It's probably my street that I hate and it's not very close to town. By the way, what are you guys building in town anyways?
