TIER 1 APPLICATION- PLEASE HELP!!!!! NO CAR INSURANCE

HELP URGENTLY NEEDED

Hi everyone, im about to apply for the Tier 1 Post study work. However last month I had my car taken due to no car insurance.

I didnt know this but apparently my insurance company had removed me from the insurance database due to failure of documents. So I had been driving without insurance for months.

I am intending on revealing this on the application for the Tier 1 Post Study, however will this be sufficent grounds for refusal.

Any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks!

its an offence... so you HAVE to declare it in your application.

Try making your case in your app and show that it was a genuine mistake.

I personally dont think they can refuse you visa based on this offence but... that was really careless on your behalf.

Your right it was really careless...Just worried that they might refuse the tier 1 PSW. Really stressed out at the moment, im a dental student and I need this to go through to follow up on the job.

Im going to arrange an appt at the public enquiry office and ill take all the documents with me regarding the car insurance.

I sorted the insurance within 2 days of the incident so hope this goes in my favour.

Do you really think they wont refuse the applicaiton?
