Payslip and Maintenance Fund queries

Hi,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 G from outside UK. I have following queries.

Maintenance Fund: -
I am planning to show maintenance funds from my UK saving account. These were earned while I was seconded to UK on Tier 2 visa. Is it fine if I show UK account earnings as maintenance fund while I am applying from India?

Payslips : -
I am planning to show earnings from two different countries UK and India as proof of my previous earning.For the past 12 months, I would be showing 5 months of UK salary and 7 months of India salary.
My UK payslip has my name written as (First letter of Name) (Full surname). And Indian payslip has my full name on it. Is my UK payslip complying to standard UK format? Do I need to explain anything in the covering letter or is that understandable?

Also my UK payslip has has royal mail stamp on the top right corner. I am not sure why is it there? Does it make the payslip authentic as its an internet printout? It has been signed and stamped by my UK employer.

No explanation is needed. The formats for both UK and Indian payslips are standard.
