Wife in india, applying under Tier 1 depedent-1Ugent help re

Hello Pandits
i got married last month in uk with a girl i knew from last two years, she was married before but never lived with him and she got divorced. When she went to apply for extension after 2 years, he was rejected as her marriage broke down before 2 yrs. Her visa was rejected in nov 2009 but solicitor advised us to apply for COA(Certi. of approval) , get married and then take voluntary departure to india. So we got married on 25th march 2010 and she left for india on 29th march 2010.

My issue is when her visa was rejected, she kept working while we were waiting for COA.From Nov 2009 to March 2010

Now she is applying under tier 1 dependent from india . What are the chances of getting the Green signal from UKBA.
Please guide me , ihave fillled in the required doc.but still unsure[/b]
