ILR and claiming CTC and WTC

I have read previous posts but just want it written for me in black and white before I complete the form and send off.

I am British and my husband is Turkish on a 2 year spouse visa and now applying for ILR.

We have a baby and so are claiming WTC and CTC, obviously jointly. Is it definitely ok to tick the boxes under the "public funds" for both of our names for these benefits without it effecting the application.

Trying to find help has been a struggle, your answer will be very much appreciated.....

Hi Someone help me please. i'm in receipt of wtc and my hubby's subject to immi control. which box do we tick on set m form. do i just tick my box because i receive the benefit not my husband although his names on the claim form too.


Do i need to provide the WTC form as proof that shows the amount of wtc paid to me for the financial year. Plus do i need to show evidence that who's bank account is the wtc going into. I'm receving it anyway the account is in only in my name.
