Switching from PSW to dependant of Tier 1

Switching from PSW to dependant of Tier 1

Hello

I have leave to remain in UK as Tier 1 (general) till 2012. My wife is on PSW till July 2010. Can I add her as a dependant before her leave expires or does she have to leave UK and then return as a dependant?

No and Yes (after getting EC as dependent from home country).
