Tier 2 to Tier 1 - Please Help

Hi,

I am on WP organised by employer and due to recession there is a shortage of work in the company and possible furture redundancies. I want to apply for a Tier 1(HSMP) but unfortunately falling short of five points. I am 29, Bachelors degree, salary – 33,300. If I had a masters or 35k+ salary then I would have qualified.

Looked into supplementary work options but it sounds a bit complicated and will be very difficult to find a partime Job.

Is there anyone who can help me with some professional advise or is aware of a way around the situation I am in.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

There is no "way around" if you don't meet the qualifying criteria. Period!
