I ROMANIAN CITIZEN AND I LIVE IN UK FOR STUDY AND I APPLIED FOR YELLOW CARD SINCE OCTOBER 2009 ?
but in march 2010 HO change ruls for romanian and request more papers (statements,offer job..etc but untill now 12/04/2010 i did not get my yellow card, would you mined for help me with answer WHEN can i GET MY YELLOW CARD??? THANKS
